I heard 13 floors of office temps above 76 degrees is the next incentive they will be trying..with the executive floor having their own executive thermostat :)

There’s some VPs that need to get fired. There’s this one VP who lived in NH and worked from home for years and nobody said anything to him while we are all forced to come in

In office or out of office, don’t really care. But if the bonus is halved or worse come the winter there is going to be a massive exodus. It is the only thing left that makes this job worth while.

It's funny how LN always touts CC as one of the best places to work and how they constantly look at the competition to make sure CC has "world class benefits", yet the past few years, that focus has been non-existent. I get it, it's a large company, we are all replaceable, just save your BS, benefit speeches. It's getting to be a joke.

5 days a week in the office, strict monitoring, no bonuses for P3 and above, lower pay….oh you name it!
