Why is Crown hiring for these positions nationwide?

Yes, on the tower side. Is it nerve breaking to see they keep promoting their family, friends, loved ones to higher positions. You can get promoted easily if someone loves you at high level, does not matter how many years of experience you have. No one cares about the company.
I heard LN promoted a young Canonsburg employee to VP recently, lot of grey area. Is this true?
The law requires a fair unbiased interview process for these roles and all the others. Nothing shady about it.
Why so much negativity? We really need some strategic leadership. These will be very very value added roles.
That's what we need, more pay going to positions that will have no responsibility or accountability. Wonder who's friends will get those jobs...
Probably because it reports to a new VP they hired in a closing office despite them saying all of those positions HAVE to be in Houston…
