Any thoughts of the synergy - how will EHS improve under ESC CBG leadership?

It could be that the SVP job could not be based on just ESC CBG alone (I.e. scope too small). That's why global CI & EHS are being loaded on to it.
Shake and bake stuff as usual by the same failed leaders. There is simply no strategy, just keep changing to ensure more chaos and less clarity !
