Do not be fooled; this is tactic to push employee opinions; when HR shows the top 10 questions they want employees to be thinking these are the top 3-5 important things for everyone. Same reason advertisement "nine out of ten doctors recommend a medicine" work is because people look to others. When list come out ask who does all the question and answer benefit.

Nobody in their right mind would have ever thought that those questions/answer options were anonymous to begin with.
