Already had cuts beyond survival- the rest is grinding out an existence while 3M breaks apart and retires the name
If the spin happens before December 2024 I will eat my hat. Deadlines for everyone except management. "We need to be very careful and deliberate to carry out and follow through on the Kneejerk action that started this." And also it seems they need to maximize the time to take as much as possible out of Remainco. They are moving people to Spinco because Spinco donesn't have a person who does that, but don't you worry that it was the only person doing that job at Remainco. Smart!
Heard the Hard spin dates have been pushed out to Q2. More delays expected. Market might not like it
