It was politics by CR. Those three wanted to oust him so he worked with the others behind the scenes to get rid of them.
Pretty much. 3/10 independent board members are gone, including Dr. Su. WTF is going on? And why PayPal for the new board member? Doesn’t inspire a whole lot of confidence.
