Per Bloomberg all stock deal could be announced as early as tomorrow (Wednesday)

Bloomberg just reported more than 250 a share which is basically the nearly $60B from the WSJ
It's happening. Probably will hear something tomorrow afternoon.
What's amazing is how long this has dr-g out...in the press...is our leadership incapable of pulling a deal together quietly or was all the press on purpose?
