Anyone who says belks new golden stores which invest $500k per store in improvements are an indication the company is doing well is flat out lying to you. Belk is not doing well, nowhere near well. They just seem to be kicking the can down the road. We just had to cut hours to just three people closing my store
And all of us managers have to pick up all the slack
