My MD just put a 15-minute appt on my calendar in about two hours. He's never done anything like that. This is it.

Not necessarily the case. Could just be reshuffling to another team. You can’t explain severance/benefits and other info in just 15 minutes. Also, layoffs usually don’t happen on Monday.

Yea our weekly touch base this afternoon has a non existent agenda (usually it is packed) but today our manager said “let’s just get together and catch up to see how everyone is doing”
