This makes less sense the more you look at it. The more value something has the more it costs, so the more value and employee has usually they get paid more
And if it’s “actions” that demonstrate our value, why have we been treated like we don’t really matter? Limited room for growth, red tape for everything, a lack of autonomy (ignoring the obvious of the last two months too).

Walt is just one other ceo in the corporate world. Look around and you’ll see common traits among all the CEOs. None of their paychecks are justified and it doesn’t matter. Su-k it up and try to be an a--hole where ever you can be to make money.
I add very little value to the company. Since the two are not connected can I get numbers added to my paycheck?

Money talks and that’s the tone of it. I would be his puppet too blabbering all the cr-p if I am paid in millions. Reality of life is that most work for money and very few work out of passion.
