Reorg in November?

Heard a few things that hint at the re org happening in early November. Too much to assume that means layoffs gonna be right before it at end of October?

Also if during the week of the 23rd (Impact week) then layoff after 60 days would be right at Christmas week. November it is!

On one of the one on one calls with my manager, he was hinting at some sort of reorgs to the end of October. Dont know if he knows something or heard something .

There is no way they are going to do this over the week of 23rd. Its impact conference week and no way would Schwab want that conference turned in to a sh-t show.

Oh, we love reorgs more than anything. There's most DEFINITELY going to be massive reorgs, and that makes me more uneasy than layoffs. At this point, I'd rather be let go than placed in an org or under a manager that I can't stand.

If a reorg is expected then the 23rd makes sense..
Regardless we can expect another couple weeks of bullsh-t

If you keep guessing the next week, eventually it will be that week.

I just can’t believe that layoffs wouldn’t be tied to earnings call next week. At the very least seems like they have to use that to outline the timeframes for the reductions.
