Thread regarding Charles Schwab Corp. layoffs

In my recent experience...

Job market has recovered from the 2022-early 2023 downturn. Within 45 days of looking I got two job offers and I was not devoting 100% of my time to the job search.

Dear teammates, I can't stress this enough - update your resume, update your cover letter, tap your network and take action. All of this takes times and truthfully you and I are not the single most important thing on other people's minds. Things will take time so start now.
