It looks like the disaster-mind behind C2E is going to the Specialist Systems Engineering TSAs. Good luck TSAs but this is bad news. You all are going to be pooled. You are going to have lower pay. There are going to be TSA layoffs in your org.

Who needs specialists? These products are easy and sell themselves. Customers love the low price, ease of use, and simple licensing.
Agree. EK being the VP of Specialist Engineering means C2E and Agile TSA is on the horizon for architecture TSAs. He is going to force C2E and Agile TSA on the Architectures in his new position. He has already shared his plan on this. The specialist business is going to go in the tank. This will lead to a mass exodus and that will not be enough as layoffs will still be needed.
