Let’s be clear about it… the directors of PMO and software created a cult like atmosphere where people that did not think or behaved like they wanted were “bad” … fear ensued. Different type of opinions and thinking disappeared. The new hires that are bringing supposedly “new” thinking actually are like them so it’s not really new thinking. We are not out of the woods… far from it.
We have always been a “special” place but for the past 3 years … it’s beyond crazy. The games I have seen now are just insane. None of the directors should actually be directors. All are extremely political. Gaming is non stop.
It all started 3 years ago with PMO and software infecting every corner of the whole company.
All that seems like some badankadonk cr-p to me. Just take the money like the grandpas have been doing for decades…. They are just unhappy we get more

How about voluntary yearly cognitive testing for the dinosaurs of melville and GV? That would solve the problem of complains about them.
The dinosaurs may have been useful once but today they are just a drain on resideo. What they cost compared to what they bring today has negative value . We are not the union shop where value is based on the long gone achievements and not the current days.
Besties JG and PT don't care how old you are. Old or young, you are just one of their pawns. They will feverishly move you and all other pawns around the board to hide their failures and confuse investors. They will sacrifice you without hesitation. They will extract everything they can from this company and make off like bandits, leaving an unsalvageable mess for the next leaders.

The reason why the dinosaurs are failing is simple : they backstab each other….and so never acted as one. They can’t as their thinking prevents that… time to push them out….

We will see I know somebody who works with you they are saying you are good for 18 months or until your whimpering no longer gets you a raise or until they change the bonus structure in the middle of the year

I am also a new hire and getting paid 75% above market, with good negotiations. I look forward to change the old obsolete thinking of melville and GV. All those obsolete directors and fellows can only inspires others to perpetrate threats and harassment against their targets
As one of the new young hires it’s nice to meet you all. I am happy to report I am being paid very well to bring in new ideas to counteract all of the old dinosaur thinking that has been hindering this fine company. Looking forward to working with you

I am staying, I can still get paid quite well as long as I play the game well. There is money galore and it keeps coming so why worry ? However the old people of melville and GV should quit and move on :)
Melville is like a retirement home and our president saw through their archeological value… (negative…).
