Only reason I'm sticking around this sinking ship. Pray every night that next morning I get the life changing news that Google acquires sabre and gets rid off all the bad management that got us here. Employees get a Google level salary with stock option. Inflation went up 20-40% since pandemic and most sabre slaves got less than 8% increase. Pathetic!!!

Google needs talents. Sabre is not.
Any type of acquisition/change in top management will amount to layoffs.
To the OP, I don't want to seem rude but it is hard to believe a person's sole reason for sticking around a sinking ship is in hopes another company will buy them. I would think most talented people that were miserable or feeling undervalued would take things into their own hands versus just waiting. Hope is not a strategy.
What a ludicrous idea... The fact Sabre is working with Google as Sabre is their customer, does not mean they see the company as an asset to buy. Nor does it make Sabre equal in terms of value etc. I bet they sell GPC to thousands of different companies and they don't buy their customers - they prefer to make money on them.
8% !? How about 2%! And no one will want to take on our $4B debt. Not even Google.
