I wish we had this thread for more departments because there is a director in MMS that needed to be fired a longgggggg time ago. There’s actually several MD and SVPs I think should be on the list too.

@OP why are you behind Rama? He is one of the best our org has. He will definitely get promoted. He deserves it. Excellent work by him to get us through the integration.

Adding to this: Rama is practically the Hilary Clinton of Schwab. He's like teflon--nothing sticks. Some how he will survive this and get more responsibility out of it although he has led the development of some of the shittiest trading applications know in the industry.
My guess is that Rene will take some time to be more with her family, Hardeep will be pushed out, Joe M will retire and Dennis will be promoted.
