With the stock < $80 it might be time for the George Costanza strategy:
- Geoff, whenever you have an idea, do the opposite.
- Karen, build a hide a bed under your desk and take alot of naps. If you must play with numbers, break out the Penske file.
Town hall can basically be summed up lol this:
- Geoff said they are doubling down on Boston and Boulder in the US and opening new facilities where people wanna live. So Everyone else working at other Medtronic sites, beware and be prepared for closures.
- Geoff sounded upset when he said that FDA RDN took away his thunder and positive news about earnings beat last month one day after about said we have to get stock price moving immediately, that basically means Another round of layoffs is coming in the months ahead.

Well, the plan appears to go full GE and convert from a hardware company to a software company…like come on guys, try something original instead of just dusting off the ol’ GE playbook
Because we are not making any money. Our profits are down by a lot compared to 2-3 years ago, all the mess that Omar and his lapd** Geoff put us in is coming to fruit now. We are not innovating the way we should, and are pouring money on DOA failed products like RDN.
Wall St can sniff through all that
