Based on the amount of weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth, I’m amazed that there’s anyone left in that office at all!
My understanding is that required savings have been identified and communicated to each ELT member. Planning is now underway with notifications starting from early November.
I'm interested in more details too if anyone is willing to share.
I guess as Q1 numbers are confirmed final decisions can be made on the scale of (any) cuts.
Does anyone have any insight into scale and timing of layoffs ? Or just a theory at present ?
More layoffs? They just got rid of two of the HR people, Mr. Smiles and, uh, I don't even know anything about the other one. Who's left to handle firing more people?
I heard it was another round of global reductions not just in Israel and much wider than just engineering teams.
