I think NOV’s management needs to be removed. The CEO has got his strategy wrong, the CFO is cost cutting to make margins and pay out bonuses, the Presidents are all just waiting for the stock price to hit $50 to cash out, the CAO is a puppet with no original thought etc. I could go on but it’s depressing. How long is this circus going to go on for? I am happy to hear any alternative views. Until then, I reiterate that the management team needs to step down.

You all are drifting further and further from your customers. We have NOV rated as the worst performing vendor. You still get millions from us because we are offshore and deem OEM as less risk. It is business that was earned during a different regime. You all are looked at as sad dying group that can’t save themselves.
It was part of his probation to volunteer. Check marketing guys expense reports. Used to have to be audited. He is entitled like Segway boy. Expense trail is awesome. Segway boy buying ammo.
Well I thought NOV changed its name to RedM, seems the head marketing guy talks exclusively about RedM events now.
True story. With all of the re-orgs, facility closures and cuts coming, this company will look entirely different this time next year.
The strategy is old. Leadership is stale. Our company is dead.
'You don't say!?!' ....said absolutely everyone with a brain.
The stock price is never going to hit $30 again nevermind $50.
It's been that way for at least a decade. I gave up wondering when someone would wake up and make a real change. Seems as though most of NOV has too, except those who have chosen to play the game and make a buck off this dying behemoth. You can get a lot of ticks on something this big.
