Laid offs in 2020, 2021 due to "COVID19" despite working us all through 2020...Call backs in 2022 only a fraction of which came back. Did bother to hire to replace those that didn't return...
Now, starting to force overtime due to a "labor shortage" of their own making, and best of all despite the new focus on Safety and all, forcing people to work the Holiday Monday due to "labor shortage", of their own making of course!
Is this simply a brilliant strategy to get the rest of us to quit so they can bring in contractors? Or are they just this stupid?
