You are better off away from Roman. He is clearly and absolutely corrupt.

Good luck to you.

Don’t look back.

Wow wish I was in Switzerland! Congrats !

I am glad out of the 8500 eliminations there are people getting something out of being laid off. 1.5 years of free money from Mother mining? Heck yeah sign me up!

@Dominik

Is this gut feeling or is this word of mouth from our overlords? My personal feleling is that they are done with announcing additional layoffs this year this as they still struggle to complete the 8500 from this year. Q1 2024 is more likely for further layoffs with spinco separation completed.

Lets see

This is normal in Switzerland (6 months notice, paid, gardening leave) and 12 months severance payments. Other countries may have even better conditions for long years employees, and better protection. So thank you Mike again, for just looking at the headcount reductions and not the costs it causes. Bravo!

With the weakening numbers from China, get ready for another round of layoffs on top of the 8,500 announced this year. Likely another 2,500 to wrap up the awful year.

The layoffs won't be completed until the lawsuits are cleared. Employees have no choice but to continue worry if they want to work in 3M

I am also in EMEA - in my country we are all still waiting for the inevitable but so far no announcements. Can you share which country or countries were impacted this past week?

I would really like cuts to be made so I can stop worrying about my job security. Its causing too many sleepless nights and taking a toll on my mental health.
