I have been with the Company over 30 years, gone as part of the recent restructuring . I was a loyal, proud 3Mer, but the way I have been treated is appalling. I can't wait to go.
Mike Roman is awful, loads of yes people telling him how good he is, whilst being a complete failure. If you are young enough, run for the hills, everyone else Good luck, you will need it!
Have anyone seen those directors/VPs who send out their year end out of office notices already? Some are blocking their calendars for up to 2 weeks. Truly enjoying their time.

Definitely look elsewhere.
You should be glad to have stayed 30 years with this Once great company. Do think of the younger folks who have just joined 3M. They are better off looking for another company.
