belk is surviving off STH and credit apps. store sales are abysmal.
my store just lost two leads and a manager and and is not attempting to fill the positions. all extra work falls on us.

Yeah I get it. I have got it for a long time. You think your the only one that knows that there is no honesty at belk.
Here we go again. I would be a millionaire rich tycoon person in Mar-A-Lago if I had a dime for every time I had to tell many naive and stupid Belk potential customers and pushing Belk credit card application! You get the idea of honesty at Belk company and its leadership by now?
You and I don’t work for Belk any more. We are nothing but liars and con men cheating customers to get credits for top store Belk managers! Remember this my friend, whenever you see many bugs and co-k-roaches in your house, there are many more hidden bugs you don’t see yet! It is like Belk RVPs, Belk CEOs and all Belk crooked and liars nasty dirty associates working at Belk today!
Lets face it. That is all belk cares about. In my store sales are horrible and associates make up their own rules when it comes to opening credit apps. One associate lies and misleads people by taking advantage of their misunderstanding of things by getting a hold of their licenses but not telling them it is a credit card. Another promises them another 10 percent off on top of the other discounts. While another offers 25 percent off when it not storewide. Another thing they do is process another credit app even when thay already have two cards. And addressing the issue of extra work, i understand fully. I end up training a lot of people and I don't mind but to hear my mod saying "you just have to guide them to do the right thing" after training somebody that just won't do certain things after 4 months. Some of us are expected to always do the right thing when others never will. That's the belk mentality. Belk is a severely toxic workplace and it is only going to get worse. Run as fast as you can if you have options!
