I haven’t laughed that hard since the artist formally know as the shoe shiner was on here.
That’s easy. It’s the 120 acre lot that the campus is sitting on located off 63rd st. The buildings are falling apart. Literally!! We have mold in the basements of many of our buildings. We couldn’t even successfully rent out the basement to the Chinese in Bld 13. Oh how the mighty has fallen. Woe is us. Woe is us. And the 7th angle opened the seal and unleashed the beast up on the earth. We are doomed. Doomed I tell you!
