Does the UX team fall under R&D (OCTO)?

UX team has been constant set of whiners for past 3 years. So many Kit all hands asking questions in leadership and other stuff.
You are a tiny insignificant part of the whole pie.
UX will get chopped up into BU. 50% layed since BU doesn’t want to fund or cheaper alternative in a low cost country.
The UX is pay me my money or you don’t get your software.
You experience is sh-t but who cares.
Find a other job my friend.
UX will be absorbed by individual BUs.
In my view, all of OCTO is at risk. There is no such team at Broadcom and Hoc will wonder why he needs one now.
