Sabbatical is on the books and approved for early 2024. Paid out or not?

Yep, it'll be paid out if it's already approved and on the books.
As long as you’re eligible and approved, you will get your sabbatical.
If on the books, you will be allowed to take your sabbatical right after you are notified. At the end of your sabbatical, your 60 days starts.
