How do I use the additional 2 weeks off for my mental health? I was told that we get 2 extra weeks not including our sick time. Do I reach out to my manager?

Yeah mental health is not a priority at Schwab. All you have to do is look how long they are making people wait around to find out if their name is going to be called.
