They’re not renewing and the lease ends next summer. Anyone have any information?

The data center is the only thing that keeps this ugly building alive.
Old farts work in that part of the building. Should close-up at this point.

What is the fate of the CIO employees at the site?
Just a few years ago they gutted the cafeteria to build a large and attractive agile space in Southbury. Millions of dollars spent for "agile". Now teams don't want to go there because there is no food on site. Imagine that!
There are auditoriums and entire wings with windowed offices that no one is allowed to use. They are shut down for tax reasons.
