Has anyone heard if they will give out retention bonuses like they did last year for those that stayed through the tax season? Keeping in my you aren’t on the chopping block.

$1,000 per client transition group. I’m pretty sure that’s for all of Service. We were paid out in June and they announced next payment for late September.

Service is doing retention bonus for September and November. Strongly doubt they do it in 2024 since they’ve made it clear they want us to quit.
