Today we’ll get the paperwork, finally. The AI calculation doesn’t sit well with me. If the company is 25%, how are they calculating our personal portion? It seems they aren’t including personal contributions in it at all.

Fu-k these id--ts> go make yourself happy. Be the best version of you and not a corporate automaton. I feel for all who have to go through this current issue but make the most of it and get back a piece of you in your life!
Would anyone of you ever come up with something as stupid as PURPLE? I think not, moving on.
Their PTO math seems off too. 76 hours remaining in my PTO bank which should have been $2500 ish. My paperwork says $525.
No one that I know has received anything yet today.
Has anyone actually gotten their final severance email yet today?
They'll keep the diff and spread it over themselves and their buddies. I used to do honest reviews and have them entirely changed by director to give their relatives the $$s. Total bs. Horrible for company.
I asked why only 25% when my department was already over 100% and personal contribution was also over 100%. They told me to be happy with the 25% for it could have been 0%.
I'm not understanding the low number and after that response I refused to follow up.
Don’t be surprised when the actual company performance ends up being 120% in March!
