TDA was a family. Families love each other, anyone feel loved here? Or wanted?

Your first mistake was to think of a company as a family. That's ignorant at best and pathetic at worst. The second you are redundant or they can hire cheaper talent you will be replaced. Your personal feelings or situations are not considered or cared about unless they have to legally cater to that. Companies are emotionless, and while the government wrongly considers them a person, they are not in fact people. It's a profit driven company that will do anything to appease and excite the shareholders. Boil it down and that is all that matters to a publicly traded corporation.
All the other fluff is icing on a sh-t sandwich.
All of those are words that management use to get work done . Your work is not your family . Simple as that .
