Sales are tanking, key accounts are a disaster, overburdened frontline is quitting at an accelerating pace. The amount of ridiculous, non-valued busy work being dumped on front line employees is ki-ling our most important asset. Leadership continues to provide lip service with no support. There will be some big changes coming because the field can’t do their jobs effectively. The pricing profit that they put in their pockets wasn’t used to reinvest in front line, and here we are with no solutions. As usual, the power elite will blame the front line for creating all of these issues.
