Same thoughts here. I have 25 years with them. Now just hang on until the package to leave. Meanwhile I like the WFH arrangement and I can get my daily afternoon naps. Hope my supervisor doesn't see here
The best possible thing that can happen to any of us in remainco….. getting laid off and a package. Once I get laid off I will take the money, leave, and get another (probably better) job. 3M has caused this situation, so I’m going to wait until they pay me to leave.

Some jobs at our plant people stand around talking about nothing but non-work related stuff all fkn day and they make much more than our production. Must be fkning rough? Create jobs that aren't needed than walk around pretending to act important and do zero work. I hope this company fails because they're too stupid to notice.

Hoping for more layoffs? This is the problem, people want to see the fire. I'm on SpinCo and I want to see a promising future! I want to see a business ran well to support my family. I want sanity in my career. I want peace. To "want" layoffs is a statement made by someone who just wants to see things burn. I've personally been affected by A3M, good team members getting laid off, limited support during NPIs and future product launches. All I want is for this SpinCo Ship to be righted and sailed in the correct direction. I have hope in a new CEO with passion! I'm all in and ready to go!
So many worthless roles in our plants. Too much management and support roles. They need to go!
