Rumors starting to kick up again about layoffs for 2nd half of ‘23. Anyone else hearing the same?

Annual year end RIF will happen, not sure how big/small
Let us see if they would do another round at year end or next year.
Management and shareholders do not have much patience for depressed stock prices.
Any news on layoffs, even for annual RIF? Any analysts expected?
I would think they could go the annual bit of housecleaning at year end to avoid paying bonuses.
