You guys know… adapt and copy the behavior of service and software. Be sneaky! Be political. Be dual (or triple) faces. Lie. Cheat. Gather proof by email. Then your job will be safe and you’ll get your salary increase and bonus. No if and but about it. That’s the resideo way nowadays.

I'll bet layoffs every quarter before the Earnings call so they can report to the street they are making "operational moves" to better the business. They don't know any other way to make Resideo attractive to private equity so we can be sold.
