I wish they were more transparent about the selection criteria for layoffs. Every time there are so many open questions left considering people who end up being cut.

Sadly, there is legal risk in sharing the criteria. People would feel the criteria was unfair and likely sue.
It better for the company to not be open or honest.
500 million. That’s all the so called ECs and leaders know. Rest of the process will be a garbage and muddled with favoritism.
