I am under the hierarchy led by Naveen, Tim, Dennis and so on. Why do we need so many levels?
I am new to IT and I am not exposed to any other company. May be we do need them but I really wonder what they do on a daily basis.

Walt loves the green employees.
@azx+1oeJ9s3G truth.
In my many, many, many years at Schwab. I have yet to hear anyone, literally not one single person, say anything good or positive about Rama, Heier, or Howard. Everyone who has ever openly spoken about either of them is either strictly work related or a complaint/grievance about their leadership. I have NEVER heard anyone say, "wow, Tim/Dennis/Rama did great with that thing". NEVER.
They are so disconnected from Schwab workforce and seem to only care about how they perceived. Like it's some competition.
I’m from the green side and the OP is probably correct. Leadership in STS can’t wait to rid their organization of all that is green. Dennis, heier, rama aren’t use to anyone questioning their decisions and they definitely don't like anyone looking under the hood and discovering how bad their systems are from years/decades of neglect. Sooo many bandaids on that system, but don’t worry, now that they are in the cloud its miraculously modernized. Good job leadership.
Some of the TD people with low skill still be gone
I'm Blue. And the OP is either a troll, or a fool that works at Schwab. I have worked with many Green folks, and they are great people to work with. In case fools like this hasn't noticed, we are one company now. Everyone can go, unless you are the CEO or part of the EC. So don't kid yourself.
I’m not a TD employee but I hope smug a-holes like you would go.
They are already gone in my department. The few remaining will be more safe than the gray hairs.
One other irrelevant thread. Chill..
