Why are they hiring so many account managers? Seems a sure bet for an LR in 3-6 months during a recession. Makes no sense unless they are just trying to bring in new college grads to replace seasoned sales folks.

Bring in college grads at low wages, and provide them small raises. They leave on their own within 3 years. Rinse & repeat.
