What it takes to be an EC at Schwab?
I realized why I wasn't in this all hands. I'm not in Retail. That is such a relief. I am EC material. EC candidate right there folks.
We should definitely not think that CEO and EC are doing all these on purpose. They might be directionless and visionless unlike what we might want to think.
I'm tired of hearing RTO and WFP being interchanged. I'm not seeing much flexibility in the Workplace Program.
I rather watch YouTube videos than attending these annoying meetings
Bland at best.
Notes:
- it's not KC and Take 5 videos that transitioned clients, it's associates!
- The awkward tone of kindergarten teachers patting us on the back before known layoffs is a new level annoying. But it's fitting from the same thirsty leaders who during a 2020 All Hands talked about which european countries they missed visiting most during the pandemic, while we all worried about the fate of our jobs.
This is just terrible. Provide no clarity on layoffs but talk about how great the company is doing.
The people talking have no idea how it feels to be frontline. They look like they're trying to sound like leaders but are out of touch.
Also they have faith in KC lol
James sounds like he’d be difficult to work for.
