I don't have one good word to say about them. From lying to us about RTO to not giving us enough information about what's going on to turning to layoffs to fix their own mistakes, this group is just awful. I think we need a major change at the top if we are to improve in any way, shape, or form any time soon.

I strongly support our capable ECs and CEO. The best anyone could get. They are an amazing bunch and hats off to them for taking Schwab to new heights!
Horrible or just blatantly inept? MyQ in place for processing numbers for us regular employees . If you don’t meet the arbitrary quota, you are fired! Walt,Rick, EC , who holds you accountable for your “numbers”??? Here is a number for you to gauge “your productivity “…Schwab stock down another $2.50. Down 30 points from last year! It is time to seek new leadership if this is the best 24 mil in salary gets us .
The decisions made by leaders as of late is creating a growing implosion. Everyone feels it. It’s sad what’s happened to this place.
If you want proof of this just look at how diversified the EC team is. Need I say more.
It’s a good ol boys at the top and you are not in it. They are all friends and they only hire their friends. This is why it has gotten progressively worse over the years.
There will be no change within Schwab. I only see it getting worse from here, 5 days in office, taking away sabbaticals, small bonuses. I’m resigning in a few weeks and I honestly cannot wait to give notice! The peace of knowing I am leaving Schwab forever is the only thing getting me through the days which are brutally busy and so fu----g miserable.
