Telling the truth is not hard for Belk CEOs and all Belk store managers. It is easier to tell me the honest truth and make me cry rather than listening to your filthy lies in morning meeting and lie to loyal Belk customers or Belk associates with your nasty fake smile! Recently, my current Belk flag ship store manager and HR manager told this ugly truth about Belk and the hidden messages to all Belk workers. If you do not meet the minimum five or more Belk Reward Credit card application and emails capture or your daily sales goal, yiu will get your working hours cut or your PTOs not approved and deny! We management at Belk save money by tying and pushing all full time or lazy part time Belk workers out by doing it all the time. Our motto at Belk is save money live better! Good luck!
