Interns are finally out. They’re throwing money on interns instead of the actual employees. What a shame.

Because they don’t value the employee—it’s all lip service. They can hire interns cheap and they don’t know how the products work, so they basically remove tenured employees so they can sell a garbage product now and collect the lazy man fat checks. Heard multiple MDs regularly say it's easier to ask forgiveness than it is to get permission — dirty dogs cost organization 1B.
They rolled out the red carpet for interns while treating existing talent like manure.
