Sounds like the Kroger/Albertson deal could fall through. Any chance of them buying HyVee.........please

B.S. That rumor has been around for a decade or more. Hy-Vee is a better, albeit smaller player than Kroger. Not a good fit for either. But hey, keep those rumors flowing.
Kroeger would not be an upgrade . You for sure would see some layoffs
I don't believe you. I find it very hard to believe that HyVee would be parading around executives from its competitors in their home office. And I believe the board would have to approve any sale. It would make sense for them to sale. That's why they won't sale because when has HyVee done anything sensible or that makes sense?
I’ve seen Kroger executives at HyVee corporate a few weeks ago. I think HyVee is looking to sell soon. They are currently looking for someone to buy them.
