That’s one way of looking at it but lest be honest, shop floor have got away with regular and unnecessary overtime for years , guess it’s how you pay for some of the flash cars appearing in the car park.

I do agree with the mixer comments though, now lead by that waste of space who replaced the other waste of space who’s just left to join the competition. Actually that will probably do more to help us than he ever did whilst here.

Well I left and prospered, I worked there in oilfield mixer and pumps now I work EDM machines,totally over qualified but I earn the same money and I'm happy
