Our illustrious leader E-no has banned kids from the building during Halloween
So much for being a toy company for kids
So much for creating a inspiring environment
So much for having reasons to stay at Mattel

Mattel cares about pumping out trash and $$. Most definitely not children or its employees.
"So much for being a toy company for kids" Thats where the OP is a tool. The company is not for kids but for shareholders.
My kids have no idea what this years hot toys are because nothing is really advertised on youtube and lets face it, the retail aspect is in the garbage. Make bo--s not toys mattel.
So, how’d it go?
Yep. Many areas are set up for the kids for trick or treating, and the usual crafts stations, costume parade and costume contests. Usual OP was totally trolling to get those likes. Feel free is dislike this comment as it's somewhat positive towards the company.
Asked my kids if they wanted to go.
They said " We don't play with those things anymore."
Only old people buy them to keep them boxes."
Depressing, but true.
Troll much? Kids are welcomed on campus (at least in El Segundo) for Halloween activities.
You can’t have kids in there, they might steel IP!
That's really unfortunate. So many employees LOVE the chance to bring their kids into a safe, fun environment. And those of us without little ones really enjoy that day as well. It's not the end of the world, but it IS a bummer. Thanks ynot.
So your reason for sticking around is all based on the hopes that the company will allow kids to visit the building once a year?
