When Ford completes the billions of dollars of shiny buildings they are constructing the solo work by people afraid of fake diseases and the empty buildings will be so much sweeter.
I like working alone wfh. I will not be going I to office until I get my own office and a door and cabinets and not the open floor plan.
Only one thing to be said about the place “it’s a sh-t hole and a major one at that” congratulations clueless over paid executives for destroying a once at a time good company.
@OP. I work as a solo unit, since I am the only one left from my team. Some teams are running very lean, like in 2008, while others keep growing with no results to show for. That's the Ford way!
Bobba Fett also worked as a solo unit while simultaneously hunting solo. Granted he/him/his was taking orders from Jaba but still worked solo.
