It appears CAT digital in downtown chicago is still posting a number of tech positions. However, they keep rejecting applications even if the resume is tailor made for the job.. What is the deal here? Are they really hiring or are these H1B listings? Is CAT Digital worth considering?

It's possible. Are the wages reasonable? Are they asking for crazy combinations of experience?
