All of the posts here about cuts, layoffs and restructuring followed by comments about conference rooms booked, departments being involved and time frames only go to show we have a bunch sniveling do nothing employees who have no inside knowledge just coming on here to whine to anyone who will listen about how bad the company is! Please get a life, find another job with another company who will appreciate your greatness and stop spreading rumors and gossip like you are at a 50s bake sale or PTA meeting! This site is the toxic environment everyone complains of!

I did not get the covid vaccine and have made it known. Don't they dare try tell me what to put in my body. I did not keep this a secret either.
Every non LT employee at Pepsi works their a$$ off. If only leadership did the same.

This site is where people commiserate with others about the toxic environment they are either part of, were forced from, or will be forced from.
To the OP's point, there is a lot of needless chatter and gossip on this site. But, at the end of the day, you can't deny that a large number of associates or former associates feel lied to and betrayed by a company that grossly misrepresented itself during their employment. This is where the emotional posts stem from and I can empathize with that. If PepsiCo has one great attribute it is the ability to market itself and image-craft on the micro brand level and macro corporate level. Until you are inside the company and see its corrosive nature for yourself, you don't understand what an awful environment you walked into before its too late.
PepsiCo is undoubtedly a great company, its just a terrible company to work for.
