If the current teams are transformed to 2 Pizza teams how things might work ? 2 Pizza teams will have Infra, QA, Developers, DBA's under same Director or SVP instead of separate organization. All the contractor's & vendor's has to be let go
Each team has to allocate people to all these areas in addition to Development and Cross learn. Do you think Citi has potential to transform to this level ?
