Floors 4 - 13 has already been leased out. To Les Schwab. You can say the building is still a Schwab building after all. It's a a Schwab world after all, it's a Schwab world after all....
Keep the theatre and street presence. Keep the views and offices for those who won’t relocate to Dallas.
